Team reporting and data protection extended

The Team Dashboard gained professional export formats and a higher privacy threshold for aggregated team analyses.
The Team Dashboard has been extended with several capabilities for organisations.
New are a CSV export for aggregated team metrics and a professional PDF management report that summarises team health, trends and recommended actions, suitable for internal alignment or management meetings.
At the same time the privacy architecture was tightened further. Team analyses are now only available from at least five active team members onwards. The new privacy logic is applied consistently, both when the aggregates are computed and when they are served.
The Team Dashboard therefore becomes more useful for leaders, HR and occupational health teams while protecting the privacy of every team member more strictly.
