GAIA Team gains voice control and strategic Team Focus

The Team Health Dashboard has been extended with several capabilities that make team health analysis more intuitive and more strategic. Alongside new voice control, GAIA now also helps teams read health data in the context of company-wide goals.

New is the speech-to-speech capability for GAIA Team. Leaders can listen to analyses and talk to GAIA directly. That makes reviews more natural, faster and considerably more practical in meetings or on the move.

Also new is Team Focus. Administrators can define strategic team goals such as sustainable performance, stronger team cohesion or their own company objectives. GAIA takes those goals into account automatically when interpreting the anonymous team health data. The metrics stay unchanged; the recommendations are aligned with the strategic priorities of the organisation and become considerably more concrete.

The visual team trend history has been extended as well. Developments can now be analysed and compared across 30 days, 12 months or the full period, which makes long-term change easier to follow and measures easier to judge.

With these additions the Team Health Dashboard becomes a more capable decision aid for leaders, HR and occupational health teams, connecting data-based health analysis with the strategic goals of an organisation.
