ELESSAR UG officially founded

With the notarised articles of association and the entry in the commercial register, ELESSAR now stands on its own legal foundation.
On 26 June 2026 the articles of association of ELESSAR UG were notarised. With the subsequent entry in the commercial register on 6 July 2026, the incorporation was formally completed.
ELESSAR now has a legal foundation of its own, and with it the basis for developing Longevity Journey further and for future partnerships, research collaborations and work with organisations.
For us this step marks a particular moment. An idea developed over many months, with a great deal of conviction and a great many hours, has become a registered company.
This milestone is also the beginning of a new stretch of the road. We are looking forward to shaping the future of digital prevention and longevity together with the people who use our products and with our partners.
